Spring Renewal: Outdoor Nature Art & Creative Reflection

This outdoor workshop offers participants an opportunity to step into the warmth and renewal of spring after the long winter season. Through guided grounding and nature-based art, participants will feel refreshed. They will also experience emotional release and reconnect with the natural world.

This experience is not psychotherapy. It is designed to complement therapeutic work by offering calming and reflective practices. Participants will engage in restorative creative activities in a supportive environment. surrounded by a natural setting.

Participants will create a personal artwork using pressed flowers and natural materials as a symbolic expression of renewal, growth, and new beginnings. The tone will be gentle, welcoming, and accessible, with optional intention-setting and reflective elements for those who wish to engage in them.
